Terms of Service

ByeBox provides scheduled residential cardboard pickup and recycling services. We send a driver to collect cardboard from your porch or curb and deliver it to a local recycling facility.

The monthly subscription costs $25/month and includes 4 weekly pickups. Your first pickup is free (7-day trial). After the trial, you'll be billed monthly. You can cancel anytime — your service continues through the end of the billing period.

One-off pickups cost $14.99 each. Payment is collected at the time of booking. No subscription required.

You can skip individual pickups from your dashboard before a driver is assigned. You can pause your subscription at any time — billing pauses too. Skipped pickups don't carry over or generate credits.

Cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial months.

Clean corrugated cardboard only — shipping boxes, Amazon boxes, moving boxes. We don't pick up waxed cardboard, food-soiled cardboard, plastic, glass, or other recyclables.

Place cardboard at your porch, curb, or other accessible outdoor location by the start of your pickup window. Our drivers will not enter your home or navigate locked gates without a code provided in your pickup notes.

We use Roadie (a UPS company) for driver dispatch, Stripe for payment processing, and Google Maps for address services. Your use of ByeBox is also subject to their respective terms.

ByeBox is provided as-is. We're not liable for missed pickups due to driver unavailability, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If we can't complete a pickup, we'll schedule a retry automatically.

We may update these terms. We'll notify you via email for material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
